If you need to be in the afternoon group on Friday, please inform me (Richie) most conveniently on the telegram info Channel [Telegram: Join Group Chat](https://t.me/+InbqoEzq3cgwMWEy) The tornament will take place on **FRIDAY AND SATURDAY**. Thursday: **ARRIVAL** Friday 9:00-22:00h SWISS ROUNDS w/ morning and afternoon group Saturday: more Swiss rounds and a Top 8 single elimination. If we run good on time maybe top 16, but I doubt it. Sunday will be pickups, and departure. Party on Friday and Saturday will also be on court. Saturday after the award ceremony there will be ROLLER SKATE. So if you have skates, you should bring them as well. Camping by the court means you can put up your tent right next to the court. We have showers, bathrooms, a kitchen and everything right on site. There is going to be vegan food, vegan grill, and also supermarkets within 500m from the court. also: POOL, GOLDSPRINT - bring aspoons, forks and a plate with you, if you want to eat, we will not offer disposable dishes. :) If you have any more questions please do not hesitate to ask them on one of these channels Telegrqam Info Group: > **[PEPPERMINT POLO CUP 9](https://t.me/+InbqoEzq3cgwMWEy)** mail: [peppermint@vollbio.de](mailto:peppermint@vollbio.de) We raised the size to 20 Teams, that means 60 persons. We finally could set a date. It is not ideal as it is coinciding with worlds, but for us there was no other date possible. ---

I’ll be staying in the [Multitude Hostel](https://multitude.de/en/), if anyone else also doesn’t feel like camping. It’s roughly 15min away from the court (by polo bike). I was there last year, clean and bike friendly, recommended. ---
