Once this forum is widely being used and legitimized, we need to figure out who is responsible for it. This could be a group of head admins, elected to take care of hosting, admin and legal questions as well as how to collect the small amounts we need to keep it running. There could be annual elections, otherwise there might not be much to discuss about the forum itself for the common users. **But** we could use this oportunity to hold elections for EHBA as well. Maybe the people currently involved could sketch a vision of a number of people involved, what their respective competences / responsibilities should be and what compensation they could possibly receive. As well as maybe conceive a budget for EHBA activities while they are at it. Then we could hold elections _via_ this forum… How do you feel about this and what other ideas do you have about restructuring ehba? @django you are more than welcome to join this discussion 🙂
