Hello everyone,

:love_letter: REGISTRATION

As previously announced, the Epiphanie #15 will happen on Jan. 31 to Feb. 1, 2026.

Registrations will start on Wednesday, December 3rd at 9pm (CET, GMT+1) on rouenbikepolo.com and it will be a click race with a form to fill. No TBA allowed AND ONLY ONE registration per team. If we see more than once the same team, their registration will be canceled. If one of your teammate were to cancel for any reason, your team would have to pick someone from the waiting list and only RBP can validate a sub. Let us know before it’s too late.

:glowing_star: FORMAT

This year, we are happy to announce a unanimous decision: the tournament will be 16 mandatory mixed teams, 3v3, 10min games and 3 slots will be reserved to Rouen Bike Polo.

:wrapped_gift: GIFTS

We also remind you that this tournament has a specific event : on Saturday night, using the first day’s ranking, each team will receive a present from another team, meaning all teams must bring a present. Please think “home” made. Why the quotes ? Because it can be home made or from your home place/city/region (something local). Avoid bringing alcohol, some of us don’t drink and that’s not really fun anymore (we’re grown up yes). And remember that there are 3 people in each team. Offer something you’d like to receive is a good way to start thinking about a gift.

:bowl_with_spoon: EAT AND DRINK

There will be food for breakfasts and lunches (maybe on Saturday night also). Everything will be vegan.

Some people already do it, may the rest follow : we’ll need all of you to bring your camping plates and cutlery. Ask your friends/fam or your teammates if you don’t have any (or buy some, it will be useful in the future that’s for sure). We advise you to bring : 1 cup, 1 plate, 1 spoon/fork or even spork. It’s light, it doesn’t take much place and it’s better for everything.

:hand_with_index_finger_and_thumb_crossed: SAFETY AND GOOD CONDUCT

RBP won’t allow any disrespect towards players, organizers and the crowd. If we feel like you play too dirty, disrespect anyone or do something that goes against our beliefs, we might engage actions. First, we’ll talk but it can go up to ban you from this tournament and even the next ones. A team can be disqualified because of one of the players’ actions.

With love,

Rouen Bike Polo
