Two weeks left to pay the registration fee and clear your tba’s. Otherwise your team will be replaced by the next in the waiting list.

hey qties!
i am coordinating the hosting, so in the next time you will be contacted with more information on where you can stay during the tournament! it is not possible for all the teams to stick together, as you will be mostly at the homes of BPV players, who will also let you know if you need to bring a matress and a sleeping bag.
and please get in touch if you plan to arrive before thursday or leave after monday.

Hey Qties!
Hell’s Bellxs is coming closer, so here we have some final information for you!
GAME PLAN:
There will be two groups round robin, so 4 games on friday and 3 games on saturday. Sunday there will be 2 games for top, mid1, mid2 and bottom groups and single elim with top 8 teams. 16 minutes of play + last 2 minutes stoppage. Squad rule: there has to be a change of a player!
Tournament starts Friday at 8:00 am - bike check for the first two teams will be 7:45, bike check for rest of the morning group is from 8:00 am.
Bike check for afternoon group is 13:30, afternoon group should start at 14:00.
Saturday morning group starts at 8:00, afternoon group around 12:45. But if we are behind schedule on friday, games from friday can be played saturday.
Sunday each team will play two games against similar ranked teams from the other group. Top 2 teams from mid1 and mid2 group have the chance to get into the single elim, which will start at 14:30. Final game should be around 17:00 and after the ceremony tournament should be over by 18:30.
Reffing: we do have a reffing shift plan at the orga desk, but if there is no volunteer at that time one person of winning and one person of losing team need to ref the next game! If you are not experienced in reffing, please let us know and we will help you to find someone to help you out, cause sharing is caring :)
IMPORTANT: please let us know until friday all of the changes in your teams and if you need to be in the afternoon group on friday due to traveling!
FOOD:
We will provide vegan breakfast at the court every day, for drinks and lunch you can check out this map (hells bellxs 26 – Google My Maps), there is a lot of shops, restaurants and snack bars around the area. But keep in mind that in Austria supermarkets are closed on sunday. We will offer a collective dinner on one evening.
MORE:
There will be a bike stand and tools at the court for small repairs. Our Court is quite sunny, but there are trees around to put up a hammock and we will provide some cool down material. There is also the possibility to take a shower at the locker room. Saturday it is possible to get a poloroid team picture! Complete program for the tournament will follow on telegram.
