Whatuuuup here is the format:
- Friday, from 13:00, one group plays
6 swiss rounds5 rounds, all against all. - Friday around 18:00: court open for pickups.
- Saturday, from 9:00 the other group plays 5 swiss rounds.
- Saturday, from 15:00, 2 big swiss rounds with all teams.
- Sunday, from 9:00, one more big swiss round (if time allows it), and then double elimination with top 8 and bottom 8.
- We are done around the sunset
Group selection was done according to the info you gave me on registration, when I asked if you could play on Friday. All teams that said “no” or “maybe” are in the Saturday group, and I shuffled 2 teams that said “yes” to fill in the last spots, plus the teams that didn’t get the memo and have to switch to saturday. If anything changed in your situation, let me know, so we can reshuffle teams around and in the worst case scenario organize some subs. It’s too late to change anything.

Any saturday teams would like to switch to Friday? I’m having to acommodate some last minute requests, and they depend on teams on the other group willing to change… Let me know ASAP if you this option is doable for you 
hi everybody! some important infos for the tournament:

the two teams that got in touch and cannot play friday will play saturday instead. friday teams please play friday, and saturday teams got a chance to jump to friday instead if it’s better. friday teams get to play a lot if there are less teams, and saturday will be a bit tighter on time :p cest la vie

it’s group swiss rounds fri/pm and sat/am, then whole gang swiss rounds saturday afternoon and double double elimination. the finals format depends on the sunset.

the registration includes (some) food the whole time, and there will be cold drinks for sale, everything to be paid there, cash or paypal
