Absolutely.
This is exactly how field hockey is played.
The only reason bikepolo people can’t see it as possible is because Icehockey and Basket ball seem to be the only sports that reasonable numbers of bike polo players can imagine.
I think it’ far more likely in Europe than the US for this reason, but, I seem to be a sucker for niche sports. Field hockey, like Bikepolo just isn’t as fun to watch as it is to play. So there goes 90% of global understanding about these two sports.
