Email with registration fee and court info sent to the team captains, if you didn’t receive it, please check your spam folder.

Please complete the registration process by transfer €60/team (or €20/player) at info@milanobikepolo.com via PayPal (pay attention to mark “friends and family”) by 23:59 of Sunday 24th of August. Associated Milano/Torino Bike Polo players does not have to pay the registration fee.

:warning: Attention: court location might change, but we are super lucky, because Torino has 2 identical courts (same grippy tiles surface and boards) in different locations, we are just waiting for the final confirmation from the Torino City Council about which one we can use.

Following both court location, so you can decide how to manage your stay, either if you want to book a b&b or opt for a camping.

Parco Ruffini (last year’s court)
Giardini Sospello

We hope Torino City Council let us play in the former where took place the 2024 edition but we’ll let you know as soon as we have any update.

We recommend to book a place in between the two courts, or even better in the city center, from which is very easy to get to both courts by bike.

Looks like we are very unlucky this year…

We are sorry to announce that Abracadabra team dropped, we have now 2 slot open for very last minute teams…

We are reformulating the format to play with 14 teams now. Keep you posted here and on Telegram about groups very soon.

Ciao a tutt*

This Torino Open edition has been quite unlucky so far, but we are handling all the problems to be ready to welcome you this weekend!

Rain is expected all day long on Friday and together with bad lighting on the court, there will be no pick ups nor meeting point at the court on Friday, so we’ll provide some suggestion on where to meet to hang out and chill the night before the tournament. Feel free to let people know about your arrival there.

Due to the sudden and very last minute changes in the team list, we only have 14 playing teams so far, so we are trying to fit 2 Round Robin groups along the two days, probably with 6 games on Saturday and 1 last round on Sunday before the Double Elimination. More info to come later today, together with the final groups.

Saturday meeting time at the court is set at 8:30 for breakfast, first game at 9:00 sharp (European time, not Italian time ), there is a very low chance of rain very early in the morning then the sun should show up around midday, be positive!

Breakfast and vegan lunch will be provided by Milano Bike Polo both days, thanks to Chef Bojo for cooking for taking care of the catering. Glasses/cups, dishes and cutlery will not be distributed at the court, so please bring your own stuff to collect the food. There will be a “washing station” on site to clean your gear.

Starting from Saturday there will be a photography exhibition in memory of our beloved Leoncavallo, all the prints will be exposed on site and are available for purchase with a donation (or auction in case there will be high demand) with a starting price to be announced. All the proceeds will be donated to Leoncavallo collective to help them keep fighting in the hope they can find a new place where to exist. The exhibition features pictures taken at Leoncavallo during the years, courtesy of Gitti La Mar, Julia Küchler and more. Thanks Luca Botta (Berlin) for curating the exhibition.

Saturday night we are organising to gather in a place together where to eat and drink something nice at fair price for players, detailed info about the location will be shared in the Telegram group.

For any other quick communication and needs, please rely on the dedicated channel on the Telegram group: https://t.me/c/BikePoloEU/21513

Please share this message with your teammates!

See you soon!
