vienna is hosting a 2nd edition of Melted Madness on 22 & 23 August 2026.

Registration is now open on Poloperator until 17th of may.
let’s support this new tool for tournaments. if it doesn’t work for you, get in touch.
If more than 16 teams register we will have a lottery, we do love mixed teams, so more chances for you to get in :sparkling_heart:

Registration Fee:

  • It’s 75€ per Team

Accomodation & Food:
A lot of teams did it already,but please check again if all information are on Poloperator. We would like to ask you to let us know whether you need:

  • accommodation
  • any allergies or other specific information we need to be aware of

Drop outs:
As there are players from Vienna on the waiting list, we have discussed to set the rule that a dropout will be replaced by a player from Vienna. Please get in contact in this case.

dear players!
still 9 weeks to go until we are welcoming you in vienna for our second tournament this year, the melted madness II!
we were thinking about something.. to celebrate the bike polo community, we want every player to bring a gift to the tournament. this can be something handmade, a bike part that just sits around, something useful or pretty, a second hand piece, etc. - no need to spend money on it, but please be thoughtful about the thing you bring.
it should not be too big, since another player will receive it and take it home as their memory of taking part in the tournament.
here’s what you need to do:

  • inform your team mates if they did not get that message
  • think about your pick - enough time for that :)
  • wrap it or don’t!
  • put it into your polo back bag
  • bring it to vienna
  • give it to the orga desk
  • pick your own present/prize/treasure/memory at the sunday ceremony :)

Coucou,

here is a reminder coming that Wednesday 24 June is in two days and with it the Deadline for paying the Registration Fee. Teams that haven’t paid or haven’t got in contact with us will switch with teams from the waiting list.

Please also make sure that we have all the relevant information, such as accommodation, on Poloperator.
