As there are players from Vienna on the waiting list, we have discussed to set the rule that a dropout will be replaced by a player from Vienna. Please get in contact in this case.

we were thinking about something.. to celebrate the bike polo community, we want every player to bring a gift to the tournament. this can be something handmade, a bike part that just sits around, something useful or pretty, a second hand piece, etc. - no need to spend money on it, but please be thoughtful about the thing you bring.
it should not be too big, since another player will receive it and take it home as their memory of taking part in the tournament.

here is a reminder coming that Wednesday 24 June is in two days and with it the Deadline for paying the Registration Fee. Teams that haven’t paid or haven’t got in contact with us will switch with teams from the waiting list.
Please also make sure that we have all the relevant information, such as accommodation, on Poloperator.

Only two weeks to go and we are excited to welcome you in Vienna, so here are some infos:
ACCOMMODATION:
Everybody will be hosted by club members, you will be contacted by your host soon!
FOOD:
We will offer vegan breakfast on saturday and sunday. Please bring tools for that or borrow something from your host. For lunch and dinner you can easily find something in the area, check out the link.tree for the tournament!
FORMAT & GROUPS:
We play saturday 5 rounds in two groups and sunday there will be 4 games for everyone with single elim for the top 8.

First games and starting time of morning and afternoon group will be announced on poloverse and telegram the days before the tournament.
