Helloho, lovely Polo People.

The twelveth iteration of the legendary

Peppermint Polo Cup

is on its way!

It will be an ABC-Tournament again with individual registration, ABC-shuffled Teams that stay together for the whole tournament.

The tournament will take place on FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.

If you need to be in the afternoon group on Friday, please inform me (Richie) most conveniently in the line “anything else you need to know” in the registration form or later on the telegram info Channel Telegram:

Thursday: ARRIVAL

Friday 9:00-22:00h SWISS ROUNDS w/ morning and afternoon group

Saturday:

more Swiss rounds and a Top 8 single elimination.
If we run good on time maybe top 16, but I doubt it.
Sunday will be pickups and departure.

Camping by the court means you can put up your tent right next to the court.
We have showers, bathrooms, a kitchen and everything right on site.
There is going to be vegan food, vegan grill,
and also supermarkets within 500m from the court.

POOL, and maybe some other sidegames

–>bring spoons, forks and a plate with you, if you want to eat, we will not offer disposable dishes.

Registration is now open and will remain so until May 26 2026
ON MAY 27 we will do a draw if there are more registrations then spots.

The draw will have two bowls and a 50% FLITNTA quota. If more FLINTA than nonFLINTA register the quota will raise according to the percentage of registered FLINTA.

The fee will be 25€/person. Maybe less, nut not more. We still have to calculate.

the to-be-End Result after lottery was 24 Spots for Flinta and 24 non-FLINTA
7 Spots were given to Leipzig FLINTA
6 Spots were given to Leipzg non-FLINTA
so
17 Spots out of 20 were given to remaining FLINTA (85% Chance)
18 Spots out of 41 were given to remaining non-FLINTA (44% Chance)

Names were drawn from two different Bowls, laid out in a row, first 17 and 18 went directly into the Tournament, the rest were put in on after another from the alternating bowls.
