You can create a new topic for your event in the Upcoming Tournaments category for your tournament.
Make your main topic an ‘event’, by using the event icon ( 
). Then put any further information below.
Create a tag for your event. Check that it is not already in use. And add it to field.
Throw any other topics (like housing, free agents, or however you want to organize your discussions) into the ‘all other tourney topics’ sub category. People can find these via the tag you made!
At the moment, we have to add events to the calendar manually. So don’t worry too much about that, we’ll try to keep on top of that.
