Description:
Bike Polo Bern wants to host a one day new player tournament on 21. September 2025. Every player must have a maximum of 2 years of experience at the date of the tournament to be eligible. Each team must have a coach (the coach does not play).
Format 3vs3
Some Swiss rounds, then some single elimination finals. Exact format will be communicated before the tournament.
There will be some food, a grill to use and lots of good vibes on our lovely terrain in Fabrikgarten, just next to the Aare river.
Inscription Fee will be around 20.- per Team.
Tournament will only take place if at least 6 teams inscribed by 1.September 2025.
So take some friends that just started polo, get a coach and train hard. Or get yourself 3 newbies and train them hard. And don’t forget the fun!
We are a team from Berlin, we have a coach here. But she may not be able to come along to the tournament. Any Bern locals who can coach us for during the tournament? I am not sure if it really makes sense, but just checking.
Shure you could come also without your coach. Maybe you want to ask someone in Bern who is arround to give you advice if you want that, but you can also just play by yourselves.
