THE BASICS: Format: quads - 4 players on a team (with 3 players on court); 2 courts Date: Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 July Focus point: inclusivity Location: Campus Skatepark, Winterbourne BS36 1QG Accommodation: included courtside camping for 3 nights Friday to Sunday with toilets and hot shower
We can offer some hosting either side for our friends travelling from far Food & drink: free breakfast Saturday & Sunday
Cafe and bar onsite; BYO bbq available; food vendors Saturday & Sunday lunch

THE TEAMS:
We want to celebrate Hell’s Belles being in Birmingham (19-20 July) this year so:
Every team with two or more WaQ (women and/or queer) players automatically has a spot
If there are any spots left, we’ll do a lottery for the remaining teams
All teams must have at least one WaQ player
Everyone is welcome at polo, and we are taking concrete steps to make it more accessible. Our diversity is our biggest strength. We know there are other under-represented groups within the Bike Polo community. We would like to ask for your help, ideas and thoughts in our feedback form to come up with ways to tackle full inclusivity.
