I’m considering having some rotor guards I modeled cut on a waterjet. I don’t like that most rotor guards are not concentric on forks with upside-down IS tabs like marino forks, so it’s modeled based on my fork to actually extend around the full rotor. My question is whether there is enough actually demand for 180mm or larger guards to make it worth it to have some larger guards cut as well- anybody running 180mm+ rotors?

Hiii I Had the same issue,
Decided that each 180mm-dedicated fork might be a custom fork anyway and the guard mount can be custom every time too. I made my own one-off, guess by now you did too
