Discourse finally introduced push notifications for mobile devices, together with a basic DM system!
Try to use them together to experience a seamless communication with all your fav polo peers.
Following a step-by-step guides to enable notifications on iOS.
Android guide will come! (Or if anyone with Android want to help and make their own version of the guide, I’ll make this Thread Wiki anyway)

| 1. Open http://poloverse.net in Safari and tap on the share icon in the bottom bar. | |
2. Scroll a bit and tap Add to Home Screen |

| 3. Confirm the creation of the new “App” | |
| 4. Locate and open the newly created in your Home Screen | |
| 5. A banner saying “Do you want live notifications when people reply to your posts? Enable Notifications” should appear, if so, click on the link in the banner. | |
| 6. Confirm the notification allowance | |
| 7. Check in your personal PV prefs notifications are enabled by tapping on your avatar icon in the app header. | |
8. Tap the “user” icon in the sidebar then Preferences. |

9. Right below the icons row, scroll horizontally until you find the Notifications tab and tap on it. Check if Live notifications are enabled, if so, you should see a Disable Notifications button. Adjust other Notifications options as you like. |

10. Close the PV app and open the iPhone Settings app. |

11. Scroll down and select the last voice Apps. |
|
12. Locate Poloverse app eiher by scrolling or via the search bar and tap on it. |

13. Tap on Notifications |

14. Make sure Allow Notifications is enabled and to setup your desired notifications settings. |
