Searching for a beginner’s-worthy bicycle on the local OLX marketplace, I’ve stumbled upon these fancy brake levers:

As you can see, they have a leverage adjustment, as well as, some sort of swivel joint, holding the barrel.
No luck googling tektro or mifa levers. Hope someone can identify those.
