:page_facing_up: FORMAT :page_facing_up: The tournament is organized like last year in the ABC format, with established teams for the entire weekend. The teams will be drawn by 3City Bike Polo.

:round_pushpin: LOCATION :round_pushpin: : Court is 16 x 29m. It has professional boards and surface too. It is located 1 km from the pier and the beach stretching through the entire Tri-City. There is a rarely used tennis court next to it, so there is an option to keep yourselves warm between the games.

It’s only one week to go!!!

The court is just a few minutes by bike from the beach, close to a Żabka (mini market) and several restaurants. The area is fenced, but the entrance will remain open for safety reasons – so keep an eye on your valuables.

Next to the main court, there’ll also be a smaller pick-up court so you won’t get bored between games.

We kick off the tournament on Saturday at 08:00am and continue on Sunday at 08:30 SHARP! We plan to wrap up by 18:00 on Sunday.

Shortly before the event, you’ll receive info about your teams and whether you’re playing in the morning, midday or afternoon group. We hope this setup gives you time to enjoy Gdańsk beyond the games!

Before hitting the court, every player will go through a bike check to make sure your setup meets EHBA regulations – we’ve attached them to this email as a reminder.

Please pay special attention to covering sharp elements and rotor guards. The bike check is there for your own safety.

All players will also need to sign the tournament rules before playing.

Aside from your bike and usual gear, bring your own cups, plates, and cutlery for the meals we’ll be preparing.

We’ll serve breakfast and lunch on both Saturday and Sunday.
Meals will be vegan, simple, but very tasty! There’s also a nearby shop for extra snacks.

Losing team stay on the court to ref the next match. If you feel confident and want to support us with your reffing skills – we’ll be super grateful!

i guess too late to change, but i like system where you get to ref not the first game after yours, but second. :) enough time to drink and cool down before focusing again

Strongly believe that we can actually do it this way, second game after yours. Why not, that’s not a critical thing to change last minute. But if loosing team get to ref then there is more harizma on the court second half of the game :wink::shushing_face::vulcan_salute:t2::innocent:
