Journey Details :
Date : February 25 - 27, 2025
Duration : 4 days (3 nights)
Available Spots: 16 international teams + 4 Egyptian teams
Location : Professional governmental sports complex in the heart of historic Cairo
Format : Mixed 3 vs 3, Swiss rounds + single elimination
Nations Cup : Each country with more than 4 players can nominate one team to compete in the Nations Cup, with one match held each day
Court Dimensions and Rules : Based on the NAH rule set
Registration : Teams and free agents are welcome to register (teams preferred)

Registration Fees :

Option 1 - Registration Fee $200 (Recommended):

  1. Tournament registration
  2. Three nights (four days) hotel accommodation, including three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
  3. A spacious room for installing, repairing, and storing your bicycle after each day’s matches
  4. Access to all facilities in the sports complex, including restaurants, coffee shops, and social areas
  5. Group visit to the Great Pyramids and Sphinx
  6. Proximity to numerous historical sites dating back 7000 years, such as the Civilization Museum and the House of Mummies, located just 15 minutes from the complex
  7. 24-hour access to the bike polo court with night lighting available for competition and practice matches
  8. Prize medals for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
  9. No need for local or domestic transportation or flights, as the residency and bike polo court are optimized within the same sports complex to save time, money, and effort

Option 2 - Registration Fee $100:

  1. Tournament registration
  2. A spacious room for installing, repairing, and storing your bicycle after each day’s matches
  3. Access to all facilities in the sports complex, including restaurants, coffee shops, and social areas, from 2 PM to 12 AM
  4. Group visit to the Great Pyramids and Sphinx
  5. 10-hour access to the bike polo court with night lighting available for the tournament and practice matches
  6. Prize medals for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
