My first few months playing I had chronic wrist pain from slow-mo falls onto my wrists. A gymnast friend recommended this video for moblity and strengthening. It’s helped a ton and now falls are less consequential. Hope this helps someone out there :)
Looking to start similar routine for ankles, knees, and shoulders, if you have recommendations.

If you are looking for bulletproofing other joints like knees ankles hips and shoulders I’d take a look at Ben Patrick aka Knees over toes guy. His program is called ATG. I don’t think there is a better program for athletic performance, longevity and joint health in general. He was the one who inspired me to include nordics and split squats into my routine. I should do more backwards sled drags though.

“slow mo falls on my wrist”
you mean clipped in ?
lol ya, a few spills early on while on flats but definitely learning clipped with no prior experience was my downfall.
i commuted / worked as a messenger on clipped before going polo and i think it helped.
but now definetly back on flat , the trade off is not worrh it
