sea around the corner and a beatiful city full of gothic, renaissance, baroque, art noveau architecture. oh wait, don’t forget about high risers built up in communist times.
format: 3v3 obligatory mixed
4 spots reserved for 3CBP teams (2/3)
2 groups (morning and afternoon)
accommodation: we do what we can within the club, you’re also welcome to wild camp close to the court! (more info: PM)
food: 2x breakfast, snacks and grill available (veggie grill, want meat? get your own in Lidl 
). and sorry, no dinner, low cost tournament.
buuut Lidl and Zabka (open 6-23, also sunday) is just 50 meters away
reg fee: 10/15/20€ per player - pay as you can and want to support the club
getting to gdansk: fairly easy - good train connections (eg. direct from berlin), airport and we know peeps who rode their bikes along the polish sea coast (and had a lot fun!)
social fun: evening fire at the beach and if you are a hard player staying up till sunset (oh gosh, but how beautiful it is, believe us)

The waves on the Baltic Sea are getting bigger and bigger and it’s time to hoist your sails and set course for Gdańsk!
We warmly invite you to the very first edition of Surfin Cricus Mix Vol. 1.
Below you’ll find the most important information, along with the contact details for the organisers:
LOCATION​
ul. Jelitkowski DwĂłr 2
The court is just a few minutes by bike from the beach, close to a Żabka (mini market) and a few restaurants. The area is fenced, but the entrance will remain open for safety reasons – so keep an eye on your valuables.
SCHEDULE​
We kick off the tournament on Saturday at 08:00am and continue on Sunday at 08:30 SHARP! We plan to wrap up by 18:00 on Sunday.
Shortly before the event, you’ll receive info about your teams and whether you’re playing in the morning or afternoon group. We hope this setup gives you time to enjoy Gdańsk beyond the games!
BIKE CHECK​
Before hitting the court, every player will go through a bike check to make sure your setup meets EHBA regulations.
Please pay special attention to covering sharp elements and rotor guards. The bike check is there for your own safety.
All players will also need to sign the tournament rules before playing.
WHAT TO BRING​
Aside from your bike and usual gear, bring your own cups and cutlery because we offer light breakfast and snacks on Saturday and Sunday.
Although it’s September you might still nee some sunscreen, 
extra water, and 
mosquito repellent will also come in handy.
FOOD​
We’ll serve light breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday.
Meals will be vegetarian and vegan, simple, but very tasty! There’s also a nearby shop for extra snacks.
REFEREES​
Loosing team stay on the court to ref the next match. If you feel confident and want to support us with your reffing skills – we’ll be super grateful!
VESTS
You better be ready- last team on the court wear vests!

ALCOHOL​
A heads-up for those coming from outside Poland: drinking alcohol(this includes any drink with even 0.01% alcohol) in public spaces and recreational use/smoking of cannabis is prohibited and may result in a fine.
RECYCLING BINS​
To help make recycling easier and do something good for environment there will be dedicated bins :
plastic bottles
cans
glass bottles
From this year on, there is additional fee for drink containers. You can either return them yourselves, and get voucher for shopping, or we can take care of it - just please help us by using dedicated bins. Keep in mind containers can not be flatten and lables has to be intact.
