The EHBA website needs work

I don’t know if any of you have ever visited it, but for the last few years the EHBA has had a website: eurobikepolo.com

If you’ve ever visited it, you’ve probably noticed that it was pretty basic and lacking content.

Well, that website crashed at some point the last week or 2 and I couldn’t get a hold of the former webmaster it, so I moved it to another hosting and rushingly installed a wordpress so that it could be up.

I’m definitely no expert on web design (as you probably have seen from my multiple eternal “under construction websites”), so if anyone is keen to give it a go, I would be the happiest person alive.

Concurrently, the EHBA has no social media presence… and its logo is a bit outdated…

When people raise their hand to be in the committee and I respond: “assign yourself a task and work on it” this is a perfect example. The EHBA is the sum of efforts people can put into it… It’s also a bunch of despicable people making terrible decisions in the covert of darkness, but that’s another topic for another time.

Thanks for raising the problem and for providing a quick solution @Mega_shuffle

As we briefly discussed in person in Perpi, I’d like to put some help on the wordpress/design/development side. I don’t have much time but if we can gather some helper here and there (thanks @Harry ) I think we can manage it without struggling.

Hey @Pyetro, I quickly set up a bare bones prototype that I could share with you (maybe you could DM me? I only just registered on Poloverse so my trust level is insufficient for me to initiate a DM :upside_down_face: ). It’d be great to know more about any plans you were already making for the site!
