We made it last year and it was a blast!
The concept is simple: three whole days of polo. In the evenings we’ll have cheese fondue in the hut (we’ve got a stove) – and if you still get cold, there are saunas right next to the Aare! Don’t worry, we also have vegan options for the fondue.
We play in almost every weather. Last year we had snow and ice, but we were prepared, and so we are again this year in Bern! If there are too many people for the hut, we can even organize a heated pavilion.
In the worst case – if the weather is really unplayable – we’ll go on a sled trip in the Alps. But that’s really the last resort!

A little update about the style:
We want to make it more attractive to our friends coming only for one day.
Therefore we will make a little final between the best 6 from every day and a big one for the leading 6 after the three days.
The first game will be at 10:00 in the morning and we play until 18:00, then final, then hot cheese in the clubhouse.

Weihnachten rückt näher und hier kommen noch ein paar Informationen:
Wetter: Das Wetter sieht hervorragend aus, nehmt trotzdem regenfeste und warme Sachen mit, wir spielen bei nahezu jedem Wetter!
Spielmodus: Unser System wird sehr ähnlich zu Quing of the north sein. Wer gewinnt, bekommt 3 Punkte wer unentschieden spielt 1 Punkt, wer verliert bekommt keine Punkte.
Wir spielen von 10 Uhr morgens bis ca 18 Uhr am Abend. Jeden Abend gibt es ein Finalspiel zwischen den besten 6 Spieler*innen des Tages, damit auch Besucher*innen wo nur für einen Tag kommen ein Finale spielen können. Die Person die nach drei Tagen am Meisten Punkte erzielt hat wird Meisterin des Turnier.
An jedem Abend werden wir noch zusammen kommen und gemeinsam den Abend ausklingen lassen, es wird auch Partymöglichkeiten geben, für die die noch nicht genug Bewegung haben.
Geld: Bitte bringt für jeden Tag an dem ihr spielt 8€/CHF mit, als Turnierbeitrag.

Christmas is coming closer and here are some more information:
Weather: The weather looks great, nevertheless think of warm and dry clothes, we will play at hardly every weather!
game mode: Our System will be quite similar to Quing of the north, when you win you get 3 points, for a tie 1 and for a loose 0 points. We play from approximately 10 am to 6 pm, every evening there will be a little final of the day, thus people coming only for 1 day will be able to play at a final! The player who collects the most points, will win tincih#2!
Every evening we will hang out together and celebrate the evening, with food and good vibes. There also will be opportunities to have party in the nights, if you guys still have energy.
Money: Please bring 8€/chf per day which you are playing, as the tournament fee.
