Our polo family in Ukraine - Kyiv and Kharkiv are playing under russian attacks of rockets and drones.
Maybe you have noticed a tournament in Kyiv a month ago. Kyiv club is organising a tournament even during wartime.
This year there were “only” two air raid alerts. One during the games, second during the night.
Our male colleagues can’t leave Ukraine also because they are in the age of military service; some of them are in the service already.
All the time they collect money for their homeland to defend its future. If you will see their social media, you will see DONATE most of the time.
A park in Kharkiv where they used to play was bombed.
For sure you know some Ukrainian around you. After full scale invasion in 2022 they are refugees all over the world.
