Send a Postcard with your teamname and players + city (max. 1 TBA) and an email adress for confirmation and further information. And let us know how much you love Bikepolo Vienna! We all do…

Make sure your postcard is unique, so there won´t be any confusion.

In case you are super late, or you just want to be sure, put your postcard in an envelope. It will be prioritized by the post.

Every time I get a Postcard I´ll post it on Instagram (@bikepolo_graz) and send you an confirmation email. And one week before the lottery I´ll post a picture of every postcard I received here on poloverse! So we can be 100% sure I got yours!
Special Rule:
… so far it´s simply a lottery. But what´s the difference?
Since we are such a small town polo club and we still want to host a tournament, we need every helping hand possible!

If one player of your team can help us build up the court ( Friday from 10:00 till finished) OR dismantle it (Monday from morning till around 15:00) your team will get a fix spot!

In case somebody can help, include player name and day (both are also possible of course)

But make 100% sure the player is reliable and really comes on time (Not Polotime ;) ) and won´t cancle, otherwise your team will be put on the waiting list. So better make a wise decision!!

Registration Fee:
Reg Fee will be 75€ per Team. After Lottery you have 2 weeks to pay it via PayPal! Further infos coming
Food:
We´ll provide breakfast on both days. Either on Saturday or Sunday somone from CPG will cook something delicious for us. So please bring your own cuttlery, to reduce unnecessary waste. On the other day you will get a voucher for 1x meal for “Flying kitchen” vegan food truck from us.
Sleeping:
Sadly we are not able to host you this year! It was always a pain in the ass the last years… And now Club Hybrid isn´t anymore aswell. So we decided we can´t host you privately, and want to ask you to organize it yourself. :( There are a lot of Airbnb in Graz!

Location:
As alwys the tournament will take place in “Volksgarten”, a public park in Graz. On the same weekend there is Schlagergarten festival. So a lot of spectators and music all day!
Volksgarten is a so called “protected Zone” by the police. That means they are allowed to check your ID without a reason, check if you have drugs or illegal stuff. So please don´t take illegal stuff to volksgarten and always have an ID card with you. And riding your bike in volksgarten is illegal too… ACAB
