Now that I kind of have a stretching routine that I do after training I would like to go the next step on making body happier by doing warm up before playing. Anyone got some tips where to start? Exercises videos opinions hit me with everything please

without being a sport expert, i had some thoughts coming up while reading your question. I played handball for a while and at the training “warming up” was like the first 30 mins of 1,5h training.
since polo is also a ball sport, i think it’s important to warm up what you need the most (=shot arm). also a point is that’s important to train the other side of your body, means also the other arm. maybe this video is not bad for warm up:

it’s very detailed, but i think you can translate it to polo stuff. For example, doing warm up exercises with and without the ball and so on…on bike, off bike, with mallet without…

And I would absolutely share my stretching routine if I had one - I mostly just go by vibes and try to stretch whatever feels like it needs it plus some basics that I remember from my bouldering times…
