We don’t have professional refs this year, so the reffing responsibilities will be shared among all teams. If you can’t take your shift, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.
And from experience, finding refs on Friday (and Saturday) morning is hard - so bonus ref-beverages for volunteer refs showing up early!!!
Can I please request to change reffing assignment of EPIC with any other after 11:30?
I will only be arriving at the court at 09:00 in an ideal scenario with no delays in transport. Would be good to have a buffer and small rest.

there is no ref plan - so please be good polo players and step up and ref some games! especially in the very first round - two ref beers for first-round refs!
we play 1 more round of swiss rounds (T8 and B40 separate) starting at 8:30 for the B40 and 10:00 for T8 (see below)
after that we play two single elimination tournaments, one for the top 32 and one for the bottom 16
