Hey everyone, we’re looking for referees (2 or 3) for the Epiphanie 2024. We host and feed our refs and try to pay as much as we can their travel fees (if you come from too far away we won’t be able to do much).
Let us know if you’re interested at rouenbikepolo@gmail.com with some infos about you as a ref if you can. You have to be aware of the last European ruleset.

Oi oi dear friends. Still looking for refs. Let your friends know ! If we have officials ref, we don’t need all the team to ref every game. We take in charge travel fees, you’ll eat for free and have a place to sleep.

Friday
- From 2pm to 5:30pm : we welcome you at Guidoline (bicycle workshop, 36-38 rue Molière) first.
- Court will be open (8:30pm-10pm) so you can throw your mallet in and have some nice games.
- From 5:30pm : let’s have a drink and meet everyone at Public (Place de la Pucelle). Happy hour for all the players.
Saturday
- 8am : breakfast (vegan options available)
- 8:30am : First matches starting (swiss round, 5 rounds)
- 12am : We eat together (vegan options available)
- 6:30pm : Last match
- 7pm : Moby’s (38 bd de l’Yser) – Ranking announcement and gifts. DON’T FORGET TO BRING YOU TEAM’S GIFT & dancing !
→ There won’t be food at the pub but you’ll find tacos and kebabs nearby.
Sunday
- 8am : Breakfast
- 8:30am : First Match - Double elimination, every team will play
- There will also be a meal
