LF dave cleftin twain there is a spot at leos place for your car, also the river is right next to his house, i would recommend a morning swim there
there is definitely enough space in whole bern to host everyone! you can also change things but please organise it yourself

Eva und I will need housing for 2 and can share a bed. Just saw the housing list you provided, very detailed and informative. We were prefer a bed/couch but anything works for us!
