The simplest solution is if you post the info as a reply to the topic of the tournament (Dublin Open 3 2024)
Another good way is to get the person who created the event (@Kropa) to add the details to the first post. (Us admins can do that as well, but that feels a bit intrusive to me :) )
And yeah, pls use the feedback section for such requests
